Who are you?

I’m Kellyn Roth – or Kell, if you like. I’m an author, a reader, a thinker, and an adventurer. At least, when I’m not feeling moody. In that case, I’m less of an adventurer and more of a lazy…er.

I’m known for my stupid sense of humor, my obsessive writing, my utter randomness, and my frail attempts at professionalism. Find out more about me on my ‘about me’ page. #redundant

What will you be posting on Reveries?

About my life as a writer and in general, ramblings about my books and characters, writing (and other authoring) advice, and occasional blogging tips.

I can be fairly random, so it’s hard to describe exactly what the content of my posts looks like. The best way to find out is to read them. #shamelessselfpromotion

What are ‘dares’ and ‘spotlights’?

Those are two monthly posts I do here on Reveries.

Dares are my way of sharing what I’ve been doing in the previous month and what I intend to do in the next month with you.

Spotlights are a fun way of giving you a peak into my current writing project. They usually include a competition or giveaway of some sort (… except when they don’t).

What is your blogging schedule like?

I post twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. This is a recent schedule … I formerly posted on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but that got to be too much.

Do you participate in blog tours? Post reviews of books or movies?

I’m a huuuge bookworm; therefore I have a blog dedicated solely to books, Reveries Reviews. I’m also on Goodreads.

What kind of books do you write … and for whom?

At the moment, I’m writing historical novels (sometimes with Christian themes) for upper middle grade through young adult readers. I’ve found that ages 12-16 enjoy my books the most, though that can vary quite a bit.

Where can I find your books?

You can buy them on Amazon. However, if you’re a reviewer, I’d love to give you a free ebook copy in exchange for a review on Amazon, Goodreads, or your blog. Shoot me an email at kellynroth@gmail.com or contact me on social media.
